Billing & Insurance
At PrimeKids Therapy, we are committed to making our therapy services accessible and affordable for all families. We understand that navigating insurance and payment options can be overwhelming, so we’re here to help you through every step of the process. Below is an overview of how our insurance and billing process works, as well as the payment options we offer.
Insurance Plans We Accept
We work with a variety of insurance providers to ensure that your child’s therapy services are covered whenever possible. Our team will handle the insurance process on your behalf, from verifying benefits to submitting claims. This way, you can focus on what matters most—your child’s care.
We currently accept the following insurance plans:
- Traditional Medicaid
- Private pay options are available for families without insurance or with limited coverage.
If your insurance provider is not listed, please contact us at 713-665-8655 to discuss potential options. Our team will assist in verifying your insurance benefits and determining coverage for your child’s therapy services.
How the Billing Process Works
- Verification of Benefits
Before therapy begins, our billing team will verify your insurance benefits to determine what services are covered. We will notify you of any co-pays, deductibles, or out-of-pocket expenses that may apply based on your coverage. - Claims Submission
We will handle all claims submission and communication with your insurance provider to ensure accurate billing for your child’s therapy services. You will receive a statement from us detailing the services provided, the amount billed to your insurance, and any remaining balance. - Co-pays and Deductibles
Depending on your insurance plan, you may be responsible for co-pays or deductibles. These will be discussed with you before therapy starts so there are no surprises.
Private Pay Options
We offer flexible private pay options for families without insurance or for those who prefer not to go through insurance. We believe that every child deserves access to therapy and strives to make our services as affordable as possible. If you choose the private pay route, we will provide you with a clear breakdown of costs upfront and offer payment plans if needed.
