Do I need a doctor’s referral

Yes, we do require a signed referral from your child’s doctor to begin therapy. If you don’t have one, we can help you obtain one.

Will my insurance cover the cost of therapy

We accept a variety of insurance plans and offer private pay options. Our team will help you navigate insurance and verify your benefits before therapy begins. Contact us for more details about your specific coverage.

How long does the evaluation and onboarding process take

The evaluation and onboarding process typically takes a few weeks, depending on the referral and insurance approval process. Once everything is in place, therapy sessions can begin promptly. Our therapists are always ready to start.

Can parents or caregivers participate in therapy sessions

Absolutely! We encourage parents and caregivers to participate in therapy sessions. This helps you learn techniques to continue supporting your child between sessions and fosters a collaborative approach to therapy.

What should I expect during my child’s therapy sessions

During therapy sessions, our therapists will use play-based activities, exercises, and hands-on interventions tailored to your child’s goals. Sessions typically last 30-60 minutes and focus on improving functional skills, communication skills, social skills, mobility, or other targeted areas.
